What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is possible after 14:00. The guests are requested to check out on the day of departure by 10:30. So that the apartments could be available for our guests at 14:00, observation of the checkout time is kindly requested.
I will arrive early in the morning. Can I check in right after the arrival?
If the apartment is ready for your arrival, we will gladly make it available.
Is it possible to check out after the hotel day time limit?
Checking out after the hotel day time limit is exceeded is possible only when the apartment is not booked for the next day. Please confirm this possibility with the reception not earlier than on the day of the check-out. Late check-out means the possibility of staying in the apartment by 15.00 with the additional fee of 100 zł. If you want to stay in the apartment longer than by 15.00, the next hotel day stay should be purchased.
What is the distance of the reception to the apartments?
The reception is in the same building as the apartments, on the ground floor.
Where can I park my car?
The building is located in the paid parking zone. The car may be parked on the pavement close to the apartments. The fee (3 zł per hour) should be paid in the parking metre installed in the street (Mon–Fri, 10:00-20:00). The fee is not applied on weekends.
I will arrive late in the evening. Where can I collect the keys?
After 20:00 you will be received by the receptionist, who will hand over the keys. If you let us know the approximate time of arrival, it will be a great facilitation.
Where and how trips are booked?
Trips may be booked by email at booking@lemirapartments.pl or by phone at +48 724950700. English is the standard language of trips. A guide using other languages may be requested. If this is the case, please book trips with a few days’ advance. All trips may be booked even before your arrival, by email. Please check the list of Additional Services, where you will find the complete and current offer of tourist attractions.
How can I pay for my stay?
The payment may be made by a credit card, by a bank transfer or in cash. Cash payments are accepted only in Polish zloty.
Are the apartments cleaned during of the stay?
The apartments are cleaned weekly for bookings longer than 7 days. If you need additional service, please let the reception know it. Additional cleaning, towels or bedlinen are provided as paid services. Our guests receive bedlinen, towels and cleaning agents for the required number of persons. You can call +48 724950700 to report the necessary replenishment of dishwasher agents / toilet paper / washing liquid / coffee / tea, etc., and we will provide them during your stay.
Is washing clothes possible?
The apartments are fitted with washing machines.
Are kitchens fitted with appliances?
The kitchen is provided with a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer and an electric cooker, as well as dishes, cutlery, pots, a pan, a corkscrew and other accessories. We also provide coffee, tea, sugar and salt.
Do I need to take my own hair dryer?
Each apartment has its own hair dryer in the bathroom.
Can my luggage be kept after check-out?
Our guests may leave their luggage in a locked room close to the reception (please report it before checking out).
Are rooms air conditioned?
Most of the apartments are fitted with air conditioning.
